“BE SAD….. BUT NOT FOR LONG” FROM A DYING OLD MAN

  • Forgiving myself for my flaws, my weakness and my mistakes.

  • In the end we all die. All paths leads to the same destination.

  • Acknowledge the presence of simple joys.

  • Having an answer in life is better than having a question mark about why and what is happening to me.

None of what happens to us on earth makes sense most of the time. Any other way doesn't give any form of relief. It will be nice to be asked , how are you? But these days given the situation you get tired of repeating your situation to people. Having an answer in life is better than having a question mark about why and what is happening to you. Accept it and agree that it would rather be you than your brother, your child or a friend.

Worry about things within your reach /control. Thinking back and regretting the past doesn't do any good, it is all about letting go. It is a little impossible as humans to not be bothered by anything at all but try to get better at handling it and improving on it. There are days where you question a lot of things. Always remember that time is limited.

We live all our lives saying sorry to people, I love you to others, Thank you to everyone except ourselves. Take some time to be kind to yourselves;  say sorry to yourself, look in the mirror and tell the person staring at you how much you love them. Forgive yourself for your flaws, your weakness and your mistakes. Try to remember the good times and celebrate life as it comes. Understanding the full experience of what life means. Acknowledge the presence of simple joys.

We always seek sense in everything we do and speak but it isn't compulsory. Sometimes a feeling of no sense can  make us laugh. Laughter is an amazing feeling, it brightens us and it doesn't matter if it is ours or someone else's. Most of our worries and sorrows are human traits that change nothing. Do not seek for the meaning thus it is an endless journey. In the end we all die, all paths lead to the same destination.

Conclusion: we are not what happened to us, we are what we choose to become. In most of our lives, it’s become so convenient to point fingers at other’s except ourselves. We try so hard to avoid reality, only to catch up with it later on in our life. Reflect on your values of life to be who you are not what other’s want and expect you to be.

Don’t take life too serious, pay attention to the simple joys. Sometimes a feeling of no sense can make us laugh.
